A perfect recipe for a special breakfast or brunch.
In a mixing bowl, blend the yogurt and honey until well combined.
In the serving dish, layer yogurt, granola and oranges, in that order. Repeat until serving dish or glass is full.
*To supreme an orange: Peel the orange to remove the skin. Once the flesh is exposed, using a sharp knife, slice in between the membrane and the flesh, removing segments of flesh only. The idea is to cut the flesh out and leave the membrane behind. Watch the quick video below for more detail.
