In a large pot, sauté the onions in oil. In the last minute of cooking, add the minced garlic. Sauté for a full minute, then continue with the recipe.
Brown
Stir in the meat and brown, breaking it up as you stir.
Mix
Stir in all the remaining ingredients and cook over medium-high heat until the meat is cooked through. Stir frequently to avoid any burning on the bottom of your pot. If you need extra liquid, you can stir in 1 cup of chicken broth to get the consistency you like. But I found that the salsa was enough. It will also depend on how much water comes out of your ground turkey during cooking.
Cook
Place the lid on the pot and cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
Serve
Serve with your favorite toppings.
