This wonderful salad is quick to make and has lots of flavor. But you can bump it up a notch by using it to stuff a half an avocado. So delicious!!

Ingredients
SALAD INGREDIENTS:

(canned or home-cooked and shredded)

Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
In a medium mixing bowl, stir together the salad ingredients until well mixed.
Pour the dressing over your salad and serve as desired.
