Ingredients

tbsp.
oil

cups
green cabbage
(small head cabbage, sliced small and thin, core removed)
1
lb.
ground turkey
½
cup
yellow onion
(chopped)
chicken broth as needed for cooking
(no sugar added)
salt to taste at serving

Instructions
Warm the oil in a large skillet.
Add the cabbage and allow to cook down just enough to make room for the ground turkey.
Add the turkey and onion and stir continuously until the meat is fully cooked (approx. 15 min)
If the pan dries out, you can add chicken broth as needed.
Allow to cool slightly, season with salt and serve.
