tamari
(soy sauce works too)

white wine vinegar

garlic powder

Sucanat
(or pure maple syrup)

arrowroot powder
(optional - turns to more of a glaze if used in a skillet with meats or veggies)

Instructions
In a small to medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk.
Allow to sit in the fridge for 1 hour, then whisk again.
Transfer to a container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Freeze in ice cube trays for up to 6 months.
