Put the rinsed beans into a medium mixing bowl and add all the rest of the ingredients.
Stir well to coat the beans in the oil and spices.
Pour the beans into the food basket of your air fryer.
Adjust the air fryer to a temperature of 370 F.
Cook for 12 minutes.
Pull out the basket and stir the beans. Put the basket back in and set again at 370 F. and cook for another 8 minutes.
Repeat the stirring process one more time, set for 370 F. and cook for 1 minutes longer.
If your beans are larger than mine they may need a little longer to get a good crunch. At this point, cook and stir in 1 minute intervals until they are cooked to your liking.
The main idea is to stir them every few minutes throughout the process. They should have a nice little crunch to them when they have cooled.
Pack them in snack bags and take them with you or store them in the fridge until you are ready to eat them. Store in the fridge for up to one week. But be aware that you may have to roast them again for a minute or two to get them crunchy again if they've been in the fridge awhile. Enjoy!
