Whisk quickly with a whisk or fork to break up the yolks.
Whisk in the remaining ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
Transfer the batter into an oiled, standard bread loaf pan. Make sure to "drop" the pan on the counter a few times gently just to remove any air bubbles that may have collected below the surface of the batter. Keep the pan close to the counter when doing this or you may end up wearing it instead of baking it.
Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes. It's done when you stick a knife or cake tester in the middle and it comes out clean.
Cool completely, then remove from the pan.
