Lavender Lemonade

Ingredients

cups
water
1
tbsp.
lavender flowers
(2 tbsp. for strong flavor)

cup
honey
1¼
cup
lemon juice (fresh squeezed is best)
Instructions
Collect and measure all your ingredients.
Put half your water into a pot along with the lavender and bring to a boil.
Once it boils, turn the heat off and allow it to steep for about 20 minutes (preferably with a lid on the pot).
Strain your lavender water into a pitcher. (Discard the lavender flowers)
Add the honey and stir well to dissolve the honey in the water.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine everything.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
