any light flavored oil

low sodium soy sauce

powdered Sucanat (unrefined sugar)
OR 6 drops pure liquid stevia to taste

garlic powder
OR 4 cloves garlic, crushed or minced

lemon juice

ground black pepper

yellow mustard

balsamic vinegar

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and well combined.
Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze up to 6 months. Thaw overnight when ready to eat.
Combine the meat and the marinade in a container or food-safe bag and allow to marinate for 3 to 12 hours.
Cook your beef the way you normally would. In the oven, on the barbecue, whatever works for you!
