1½lb.frozen chicken breasts
1cupcarolina mustard barbecue sauce(see link above)
1tbsp.garlic powder

prepared coleslaw

Instructions
Place the frozen chicken in an instant pot.
Pour the Carolina Mustard Barbecue Sauce over the chicken.
Sprinkle the garlic powder over the sauce and chicken.
Secure the lid and close the vent.
Press the manual button. Adjust pressure to high pressure and adjust time to 20 minutes.
Once cooked, shred the chicken using forks or an electric mixer.
Once shredded, put some of the chicken on a burger bun, top with prepared coleslaw and serve.
