Slow Cooker Pork Loin Recipe
A delicious family meal everyone will love! RECIPE TIPS: Use the reserved drippings from the cooked pork loin to make an amazing gravy! And for a richer pork loin, add in ½ cup of red wine for those who don't mind cooking with it.

Instructions
In a large greased slow cooker, layer onions and garlic on the bottom of the insert.
Add your pork loin and season with salt, black pepper and the bay leaf.
Add remaining ingredients and cover with lid.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
