green leaf lettuce
(or red leaf)

cobs
corn

lb.
cherry tomatoes

zucchinis

lime

Instructions
Slice mini bell peppers into halves lengthwise.
Cut zucchini and jalapeno pepper into rings.
Season with a bit of salt and grill everything until you reach a golden color.
Cut lettuce into bite size pieces.
Cut cherry tomatoes in halves.
In a serving bowl place lettuce, followed by grilled veggies and tomatoes.
In a separate dish combine together lime juice, oil and salt and pepper.
Drizzle over the salad right before serving.
