When adding ingredients to the blender it’s good to always put your liquid ingredient(s) in first. This helps ensure everything will get blended nicely.
Add 2 cups almond milk to blender
Measure ¼ cup oats, ½ cup each blackberries, blueberries, and diced strawberries,
1 teaspoon ground flaxseed, and 2 teaspoon honey or other clean sweetener (if using) and add to the blender with the almond milk.
Place the lid on the blender.
Blend until smooth and refrigerate overnight.
