Ingredients

  • 1 cup soaked, raw cashews
  • 1 cup vegetable broth (start with 1/2 a cup and add more to get the consistency you like)
  • 3 tbsp. ranch mix (see link above)
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • salt to taste
