  • 1/2 head broccoli (grated)
  • 1 large carrot (grated)
  • 1 large cucumber (grated)
  • Equal parts:
  • almond butter
  • coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
  • white vinegar
  • Honey (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds (or add to your liking)
  • water (enough to get a nice dressing consistency)

  1. Combine the vegetables together in a large mixing bowl.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients, EXCEPT for the water.

  3. Allow the dressing to sit for 15-20 minutes. It will thicken. Stir in small amounts of water until you get the dressing consistency you like best.

  4. Combine and serve.
