  • 15 oz. can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 14 oz. can light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground turmeric
  • salt to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized pot and whisk together over medium heat until warmed through. Serve with a crusty piece of whole grain bread, sit back and feel your tummy get all warm, tingly and happy.
