Ingredients

  • 6 oz. fresh blueberries (rinsed)
  • 2 tbsp. chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup (or more to taste)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. lemon zest
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract (or more to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the blueberries and chopped almonds.

  3. Pour the sauce over the berries and stir to coat and combine.
