  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth is best)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. flax seed

  1. Whisk everything together until you have a smooth, creamy dip. Serve with fruit such as apples or strawberries.

  2. NOTE: if your peanut butter is runny, cut back on the milk. You want this to be dip, not peanut butter milk.
