Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lb. pork chops (3 chops)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 3 medium peaches (ripe)
  • 2 cups arugula
  • dressing to taste (see link above for recipe)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork chops on a flat work surface. Season both sides of the chops liberally with garlic powder and nutmeg.

  2. Place on the grill and cook until done.

  3. Cut up the chops into bite-sized pieces.

  4. Cut up your peach and assemble your salad.
