Ingredients

  • 2 cup dry black beans (cooked in 6 cups of water until tender)
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa (your favorite, clean brand)
  • 3 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp. onion powder
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 lb. organic corn (frozen package)
  • salt to taste

  1. Combine cooked beans and all other ingredients in a slow cooker.

  2. Cook on high for approximately 2 hours.

  3. Blend with an immersion blender to get the consistency you like.
