  • 2 1/2 lb. pork loin chops
  • 7 cups chopped, raw kale
  • 1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes (no sugar added)
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
