Clean Eating Slow Cooker Italian Chicken

This easy slow cooker Italian chicken is a super simple way to get dinner on the table. Just add some veggies!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup Italian Dressing (see link above for clean eating version)

Instructions

  1. Put the chicken into a zipper top bag.

  2. Pour 1 cup of dressing over the chicken and store in the freezer until you are ready to cook. (Minimum 1 hour to marinate)

  3. To cook, simply pour this out of the bag and into your slow cooker. Cook on high for 3 hours, or low for 5-6 hours.
