Ingredients

  • 12 oz. brewed coffee
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (add to coffee when brewing - ONLY FOR PAPER FILTER MACHINES!)
  • sweetener of choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee as you normally do. PLEASE NOTE that if you are adding cinnamon to the grounds during brewing, you MUST have a paper filter machine. Other types will get clogged by the cinnamon.

  2. Allow it to cool a bit (at least 10 minutes or more if needed!). SUPER HOT COFFEE WILL MAKE YOUR BLENDER EXPLODE! Seriously. Let it cool a little.

  3. Transfer warm coffee to a blender and add the rest of the ingredients.

  4. Blend for about 1 minute or until the oil is well integrated into the coffee.

  5. Serve with a small sprinkle of cinnamon or unsweetened cocoa powder on top.

  6. This does NOT work with cold coffee.
