Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. chili powder
  • salt (to taste after cooking)
  • lettuce (large leaves for shells)

Instructions

  1. Lay the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock.

  2. Sprinkle the spices over the top.

  3. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken easily shreds when stirred.

  4. Add salt to taste.

  5. Build your taco.
