Ingredients

  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts (cleaned and trimmed)
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder (Or 4 cloves, minced)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium to large mixing bowl and toss to coat the brussels sprouts evenly.

  2. Pour them into the food basket of the air fryer and close it up.

  3. Set the heat to 390 F. and the time to 8 minutes. This setting roasts them nicely on the outside while leaving the insides a nicely cooked al dente.

  4. Cool slightly and serve.
