  • 2 tbsp. dried basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp. dried marjoram
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp. dried sage
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme

  1. Combine all spices together in a mixing bowl.

  2. You can use it as is, but I find it is a lot more effective for certain dishes if you grind it to a finer consistency. I have a coffee bean grinder that I reserve for just herbs and it works like a dream.

  3. If grinding, grind for less than 30 seconds to get a finer consistency as shown in the photo above.
