Asian Style Pork Chops Recipe
This simple dish is quick to prep and get into the oven so you can do other things. Pair with some brown rice, veggies and a salad. Omit the rice for a lower carb meal. Enjoy!

boneless pork chops
¼
cup
soy sauce
(tamari or coconut aminos work too)

tsp.
garlic powder
½
tsp.
ground ginger

tbsp.
maple syrup
(or 2 tsp. honey)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Place the chops on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
Pour the sauce over the chops and place in oven.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until the pork reached at least 165 F. Note that cooking time will vary based on the thickness f your chops.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve with veggies or a salad.
