Ingredients

  • SALAD:
  • 10 oz. shredded green cabbage (I purchased mine already shredded)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 medium apple chopped
  • DRESSING:
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. SALAD:

  2. Combine all the salad ingredients in your bowl and set aside.

  3. In your blender, blend together all the dressing ingredients for about 2 minutes.

  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
