Instructions
In a medium mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together by hand until the fries are well covered in oil and herbs.
Transfer them onto a parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 F. for approximately 20 - 30 minutes. Time will vary by oven.
Cool enough to handle and serve with ketchup.
