Clean Eating Grilled Chicken Souvlaki

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. lemon zest
  • 3 medium cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp. dried mint
  • 1 tbsp. dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into 2 inch sized chunks and place in a large zip loc bag.

  2. In a small bowl, wisk together marinade and pour over chicken. Marinade 30 minutes or overnight.

  3. When ready to grill, heat over medium-high heat rotating once until chicken is cooked through about 4 minutes per side.
