Clean Eating Indian Spice (Golden) Milk Recipe

Yield 4 servings


  • 4 cups unsweetened almond milk (regular milk works too)
  • 3/4 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. (scant) ground ginger (optional, if you like that peppery kick)
  • pure liquid stevia or honey to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot, whisking to incorporate the spices into the milk, and bring to a boil.

  2. Immediately reduce to a simmer, and continue cooking for approximately 7-10 minutes.

  3. Cool and serve.
