Clean Eating Pork Burgers Recipe

Yield 4 patties

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. ground turmeric
  • 4 clean eating burger buns (see link above)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, knead together the pork and spices, then form into 4 patties.

  2. You can either fry these in oil on the stove top, bake them at 350F for about 40 or so minutes, or cook them on the barbecue.

  3. Cool slightly and serve on a bun.
