ground chicken
(cooked plain, no spices)

oil

baking powder

baking soda

Italian seasoning
(or any seasoning you prefer for flavor)
Instructions
Oil a standard loaf pan and set aside.
Cook the ground chicken in the oil until it's fully cooked. Let it cool enough to not cook the raw egg.
Place all ingredients into blender, and blend until very smooth.
Transfer the batter to the loaf pan and bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
To Cut The Chicken Bread For Sandwiches
Let it fully cool, then cut the loaf in half.
Then turn each half on its end, and slice it into thirds.
