Equipment
1 Air Fryer
3 5 oz. containers (or larger if you prefer)
Ingredients
6largeeggs
¼cupunsweetened oat milk(or any milk you prefer)
3tbsp.nutritional yeast
½tsp.ground black pepper
½tsp.salt
Instructions
Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Add the milk.
Add the seasoning. (Or salt, pepper, and cheese if you wish to use cheese instead).
Whisk well to combine.
Ladle equal amounts into oven-safe, Borosilicate glass containers that have lids.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
If using a Ninja Foodie, place a rack in the bottom of the insert. If you have any other type of air fryer, skip this completely.
Set a single container of the egg mixture into the air fryer insert, basket, or on the air fryer tray. (Depending on what type of air fryer you have)
Set to 325 F. for 10 minutes. Depending on your appliance, it can take between 10 and 20 minutes to fully cook. So make a note of the time the first time you cook this and do the same with future eggs.
Let this cool for a bit before eating or packing.
If packing to take with you, simply set it inside a larger container that has a lid and include any other healthy sides you wish to have.
