If you’ve stopped by my Clean Eating For Beginners section, you’ve probably read my description of what clean eating actually is. And while those descriptions are the basics of clean eating, I believe that an eating plan that evolves with your personal needs is a must. That’s one of the reasons that I love eating clean. You can adjust just about anything to suit your needs so long as you are still eating clean foods. Simple, easy and appreciated. Right?
You absolutely MUST do the research to figure out how your body functions best. Blindly following what somebody else is doing is NEVER a good idea.
I have been experimenting with different ways of eating clean over the past 5 years to figure out what works best for me. I truly do believe that once you find that “magic” combination, things start to go right. Health improves, your skin clears up and glows, your body resets itself to a normal weight, and you feel vibrant and full of energy.
For some, that means gluten free or vegan. For others, that means paleo or vegetarian. There is no one right way to do this. It’s about doing the necessary research and experimentation along with qualified medical advice, to find out what works best for your body.
Being offended by somebody else’s choices is silly and a waste of time. We all do what we have to do. I just happen to be doing it a bit more publicly. Please know that on this blog, all I am doing is sharing my personal experiences in the hopes that it might help SOME of you. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, take what I say here as sound medical advice. DO THE RESEARCH. GET THE FACTS. And above all, DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOUR OWN BODY. Life is just too short to do it any other way.
