Halloween is such a fabulous holiday. But the amount of junk food associated with it is staggering. So give your kids (and you!) a clean eating treat that’s not only tasty, but healthy too!
All you have to do is choose a smoothie recipe you think your kids will enjoy the flavor of, and add spinach! I promise, they won’t be able to tell!
You should have seen Mini Chef’s face when I gave him one for breakfast. He thought I’d lost my marbles. But he sure didn’t argue!
Nobody will know the difference! I swear! And you get to enjoy a tasty treat with confidence!

A wonderfully sneaky way to get more veggies into your kids (or yourself!)!
- 1 batch your favorite fruit smoothie
- 1 cup raw spinach leaves (if the recipe doesn't already call for spinach.)
Thoroughly blend the spinach in with all the other ingredients.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
Enjoy as needed.
