All you have to do is choose a smoothie recipe you think your kids will enjoy the flavor of, and add spinach! I promise, they won’t be able to tell!
You should have seen Mini Chef’s face when I gave him one for breakfast. He thought I’d lost my marbles. But he sure didn’t argue!
Nobody will know the difference! I swear! And you get to enjoy a tasty treat with confidence!
YOU MIGHT ALSO ENJOY:
- 1 batch of any smoothie on this web site
- 1 cup raw spinach leaves (if the recipe doesn't already call for spinach.)
- Thoroughly blend the spinach in with all the other ingredients.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
- Enjoy as needed.
