Few things beat a good, stuffed avocado. Avocados are a serious passion of mine and I often find myself having to be careful I don’t eat too much of them, particularly as guacamole. YUM!!!
I seriously cannot get enough avocados and have been eating at least one per day for a long time now. They are such a great source of nutrients!!
