Clean Eating Tossed Turkey Asparagus
I was so thrilled with the way my chicken kabobs turned out for Easter, I thought I’d try another asparagus recipe. I love the stuff. I could eat it every day and never get tired of it.

Clean Eating Hummus
I have a love/hate relationship with hummus. I absolutely adore the stuff. But when I try to buy it in the store, it either costs an arm and a leg, or it has added sugar. Something I avoid completely.
I finally got fed up and tried my hand at making my own. And you know what? It was easy! All you need is a food processor or a hand blender (a regular blender will work find too.).

Clean Eating Persimmon Jam

I have to admit, I have a really big sweet tooth. It’s been a continuous challenge for me since I started eating clean. The worst part is going through the grocery store lines and looking at all that chocolate that they like to display right at eye level. It’s maddening. But, so far I’ve managed to hang in there.
