I know, I know. A stew recipe just when the weather is starting to warm up. But I just got back from Tahoe where there was still plenty of snow on the ground, and it got me thinking about stew.

The great thing about this stew is that you put it in the crock pot and forget about it. There is minimal time in front of the stove. I have to tell you, this is one of the most sinful desserts I’ve had since starting my clean eating program.  It was a recipe that Danica from DanicasDaily gave me at our blogger’s luncheon. If memory serves, she said her sister had passed it on to her.

If you like bananas, and you like ice cream that’s just a little melty, then this is the perfect dessert for you.

It’s soft, it’s fluffy, it’s cold and ice creamy. But guess what….
