HOW TO GIVE PROPER CREDIT FOR THE RECIPES YOU SHARE:
I spend a lot of time on my recipes. About 85-90% of them are original recipes created by me. If there is any resemblance to another recipe somewhere, it is not intentional. If I redo a recipe or use another recipe for inspiration, I will say so in my post and give full credit where credit is due. I ask that you do the same.

    Hi Tiffany,
I wanted to contact you about using two of your recipes in a PTA school cookbook. I am VP of my son’s elementary school PTA Board and we are doing a Health Fair next week for the school and the surrounding community. We are putting together a “healthy recipe” cookbook to give out to the first 100 attendees and I wanted to know if we could use two of your “Kid-friendly” recipes. I would like to use the Pizzadillas recipe and the Muffin Surprise recipe. We would, of course, reference your name and site or however you deem you want it to read. Thanks so much! ~ Kelly Cain

Kelly – I sent you an email. Thanks!

Hi Tiffany! I have been following you on Twitter and then came to your website. I have the hardest time finding recipes that are not convoluted, as some clean eating recipes are. I like your everyday living approach and the straightforward use of clean ingredients and food. I made the Lemon Muffins for our fit club and they loved them (as did the rest of the family). I posted the recipe with credit and link to you on a notes page on my Facebook page (www.facebook.com/J&KFitness) along with a picture of what mine looked like. I’m sharing your website info with our fit club as I am finding that people just struggle to find good resources. Anyway, wanted to say thanks for all the great stuff you are sharing with us!

Kelley – Thank you very much! I’m so happy you are enjoying my recipes! I love those muffins. I often add blueberries or some other fruit to them. They are very versatile. I’m glad everyone liked them!

I just started pinterest (still figuring it out!). Wondering if I am able to pin some of the photos of your recipes I have tried to one of my boards? I believe it gives full credit to you and puts your website one it. Would have to double check that though.

Sarah – Yes, that’s fine. Their site links the photo automatically. Pin away!!
