Comment Policy

First, let me say that I love your comments. They motivate me and make me smile! But on occasion, I do get comments of a not-so-nice nature, and because of those, I must have this comment policy in place.

Please note that I approve all comments myself. I encourage comments that are kind, respectful and constructive.

I will NOT publish comments that are rude or written as an attack on myself, my readers or my recipes. If you wish to discuss a recipe that went wrong, or inform me that you did not like a particular recipe, feel free, but please do so in a respectful tone. I do not charge for my recipes, and individual tastes will vary.

I do not claim that I am a nutrition expert (I have no medical or culinary training) or that you will love every single recipe that you try from my blog. I simply offer up possibilities for making clean eating a bit more easily accessible for everyday living. I think it goes without saying that not everybody will love every single recipe they try from my blog. And that’s okay! Just please don’t attack me for it. You will never like every single recipe you try in life. That’s just reality. This is a positive and supportive place, please help me keep it that way.

Also, please note that if you are new to clean eating, it will take a while to get used to the tastes, flavors and textures of real food recipes. Processed foods are manufactured to have far more intense flavors than real foods have. That’s not an accident. That’s good business strategy. So if you are just getting started, please allow a few months for this adjustment back to whole foods. It will be worth it!

And in the mean time, please treat this blog as you would a friend’s home. Enter with respect and kindness, even if you don’t like something. And if you do choose to discuss something you don’t like, please be tactful.

Thank you.
