		<description>When you take out the pumpkin seeds, do you wash and dry them first? I made some, before seeing this, the other day. But all I did was rinse them and set them in strainer. I did not add any oil and just cooked them with my seasoning. Do they work and taste better when you rinse and dry them and add oil?</description>
