Jimmie – There ARE clean eating sausages out there. But you really have to look to find them. I found one at Whole Foods at their meat counter. It wasn’t a hot dog though. It was sausage. In a pinch however….

I had to click on “clean chili dogs” because I wanted to know how a hot dog can be clean. I guess some things just don’t have a place in the clean eating repertoire. (But I do love a grilled hot dog! It’s definitely worth a splurge off the diet.)

ya know, you can put chili on almost anything and I’ll eat it ( clean is best of course) this is a very nice recipe-my whole family liked it ( it is good with ground turkey too!)
