
I know it sounds like a strange pairing, but corn chips go amazingly well with this salsa.
I’m not sure what makes this work, but it really is a pretty addictive combination. So if you make this for a party, double up on the recipe. Trust me on this one. I’ll be making this for Easter this year and I can guarantee you I’ll need to triple the recipe at the very least!

(Makes approximately 2 cups)
Ingredients
1 cup chopped blueberries
1 cup chopped mango
1 tsp. grated ginger (grated with a microplane)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Pinch sea salt
Directions
Step 1 – Chop all ingredients to the consistency you like.
Step 2 – Mix in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 3 – Chill and serve with organic corn chips.
Eat and Enjoy!
