		<description>Thanks Tiffany! It turned out really well. I had to make some benign substitutions as I didn&#039;t have walnuts, oj or molasses, but pecans, real oj and some balsamic fig dressing did the trick! Went over well with company!

Am I looking for fork tender after boiling? Still firm? Should I cut them in half so they could cook more evenly? These yams are like two of my fists put together each?</description>
